By purchasing or using PostFlow-AI software, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software.
2. What PostFlow-AI Is
PostFlow-AI is AI-powered software that helps you create social media content. We offer:

3. Payment and Refunds
Payment: Processed securely by Stripe. You agree to their terms too.
Refunds:
- Free Trial: Cancel anytime during the 14-day trial period at no cost
- After Trial: No refunds for subscription fees once the trial period ends
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, but no partial refunds for the current billing period
Taxes: Your responsibility to pay any applicable taxes.
4. What You Can and Can't Do
You Can:
- Use the software for legal purposes
- Create content for your social media
- Install on your devices as specified
You Can't:
- Sell or give away copies of the software
- Try to reverse engineer or hack it
- Create illegal or harmful content
- Violate social media platform rules with generated content
5. Who Owns What
We Own: PostFlow-AI software, technology, and brand.
You Own: The social media content you create using our software.
Important: The AI isn't perfect. You're responsible for checking that your content is accurate and follows platform rules before posting.
6. Your Information and Privacy
What We Collect:
- Your name, email, and payment info
- How you use the software
- Content you input for generation
How We Use It:
- To provide the service
- Process payments and support
- Improve the software
Who We Share With:
- Stripe (payments), OpenAI/Anthropic (AI services)
- We never sell your personal information

7. Service Availability
What We Promise:
- We'll try to keep the service running
- We'll fix problems when we can
- We'll notify you of major changes
What You Should Expect:
- Occasional downtime for maintenance
- AI services depend on third-party providers
- Features may change to improve the service
8. Service Modifications and Termination
Our Rights:
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with 30 days notice
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice; existing subscriptions will be honored until renewal
- We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service
If We Discontinue the Service:
- You will receive at least 30 days notice via email
- Pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods
- You will have the opportunity to export your data before termination
9. Ending Your Account
You Can: Stop using the service anytime. Cancel subscriptions in your account.
We Can: Suspend access if you violate these terms or don't pay.
What Happens: You lose access to the software. We'll try to help you export your data if requested.
10. Limitations and Disclaimers
The Software is "As-Is":
- We don't guarantee it's perfect
- AI-generated content may have errors
- Use at your own risk
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or publication of AI-generated content
- You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from content you publish
Our Liability is Limited:
- Maximum: Amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We're not responsible for lost profits or indirect damages
- Some limitations may not apply in your country
11. Assignment and Business Transfer
Assignment of Agreement:
- You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement without our written consent
- We may assign or transfer this agreement, including all user accounts and data, to any successor or acquirer without your consent as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets
- Your continued use of the service after such transfer constitutes acceptance of the new owner's terms
If We Sell PostFlow-AI:
- We'll notify you at least 30 days in advance via email
- The new owner will be bound to honor your existing subscription terms for the remainder of your current billing period
- New owner must protect your data with similar or stronger standards
- You may terminate your subscription before the transfer takes effect, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period
Why This Matters: This ensures business continuity while protecting your rights during ownership transitions.
12. Disputes and Problems
First Step: Contact us at legal@postflow-ai.app – we'll try to resolve issues directly.
Legal Stuff:
- Japanese law applies
- Courts in Tokyo or Sapporo handle disputes
- You keep your consumer rights under local law
Dispute Resolution:
- Informal Resolution First: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days
- Binding Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA)
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions
- Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible
13. Changes to These Terms
When We Update:
- Email notification for big changes
- 30 days notice minimum
- Continued use means you accept changes
